Before your love others, everyone must love themselves first
I pamper myself by enjoying ourdoor activity, travelling, enjoy the beauty of nature, this can relax my mind, and make my body healthy. While pampering alone, I would like to pamper my family as well, because the moment of happiness with family is precious. My parents like other parents all over the world spend most of their time sacrificing for children, working hard to provide us education, material and better life. They will not even think of pampering themselves. When they are young , I think they are like us would like all these outdoor activities , adventure and nature , but they can’t afford it . They are ageing day by day, the body strength is going down hill , now I have the ability , I want to pamper them when it is not too late, I want to tell them the message “ Love yourself FIRST ” . When I see the picture taken , I cannot forget the smile in their face, it will be the good memory for me forever . Mum and dad, I hope you both get my message and start to Love yourself FIRST.
