Frequently asked questions

1. Will my number get banned using WhatsApp Blasting service?

No. You won’t face any number ban issues from WhatsApp. Our system will send out your blast messages from random local numbers, not from your private number.

2. What sender number will be displayed in my customer’s WhatsApp?

Sender number is all in Malaysia (+60) and blast with local random numbers.

3. Can I blast messages to different countries?

Yes, you can. Just make sure you enter the country code for each number when submitting your campaign. Example, for Malaysian numbers must be (601), for Singapore numbers must be (65), for Indonesia numbers must be (62), and etc. 

4. Will you help me to launch the blasting campaign?

No, sorry. User wil have to login to the system and launch their own campaigns. Not to worry, the system is user friendly and we are always ready to assist you should you facing any difficutlties in the system.

5. When is your system operating hours?

Server working hours are 11am to 8pm (Mon - Fri) while 11am to 6pm (Sat). Before or After server working hours, the server is OFF to upload any campaign.
System maintenance on every Sunday (OFF).

6. Any rules to follow for better blasting experience?

- Add country code ‘60’ in each contact numbers in TXT file.
- Example: 01188888888 > Wrong ; 601188888888 > True.
- Media file size should be lower than 4mb.
- Please ensure uniqueness of given contact numbers. Duplicate numbers will be filtered and each contact number will only receive one message.

7. Can I track open rates / read rates in the campaign report?

No. The campaign report will only indicate SUCCESSFUL vs UNSUCCESSFUL delivery. Unsuccessful delivery is usually due to the user as they did not install the application. 

8. Do I get charged for undelivered messages?

No, you won’t get charged for undelivered messages. Once your excel report is ready, our system will Auto Refund at the same time.

9. Can I chat with my receivers if they reply to my blast messages?

No you can’t as our system is a one way sender. Chat / reply functions are not available.
